The day I was there, Adam had just kitted out The Specials guitarist that morning for their Glastonbury gig that night. I cannot over-state how good the gear is within this man's shop, you really need to see it to believe it. This man is the real deal, a gent and is truly passionate about QUALITY clothing. Check out the website, he has an online store and tells me that he does send quite a bit of gear to Ireland. If you're vsiting London, his store is well worth a visit. You will not be disappointed."

"Adam Of Portobello offers a unique and top class experience to any man looking to purchase 'sharp' clothing. As soon as you enter the premises you are given a friendly greeting and are then free to take in the delights of the clothes and accessories which are beautifully presented. Adam does not go in for the hard sales approach simply-imo- because there is no need. The materials he uses and designs of the threads sell themselves. We have visited the shop twice in one week. The first time there were three very cool mod blokes in our company, two of whom purchased suits and other items. My husband Mark was unsure of the fit of his trousers when we got home to Essex. Was this a problem? Not at all. Adam has all but bespoke the trousers to perfection and to save us another journey into West London, he is sending the trousers to Mark by post.
