Adam Of London Suits - Essential Pre-Sales Guide

Based on the Mod Era of the early-mid 1960's. All suits are tailored in the traditional way. Made from locally sourced 100% British fabrics. All suit Jackets come with Viscose Acetate colour co-ordinated lining, with three inside pockets also with contrasting colour pocket jets. Only the finest quality interlining is used in the manufacture of this garment, with top quality felt shoulder pads and sleeve head wadding, a melton under collar that is only bettered by the canvas and felt fully bridled floating chest piece that is in all our jackets.
The styling is that of the early mid sixties when a well made well cut fitted and tailored hand finished suit was a must, not to be confused with a tight suit, but fitted and tailored. All suit jackets are single breasted with moderately slim lapels and come with a front two button styling with a four button fully functional cuff, (cloth covered buttons on all mohair blend suits) two fully functional side jetted and flap pockets, an out breast welt pocket for your pocket handkerchief, centre vent and of course hand finished edges. The Jacket is complimented by equally well tailored trousers, with cotton and polyester interlining and pocketing, they come with two front pockets one hip pocket with a button and buttonhole, extension band, zip fly, belt loops, side adjusters, straight leg and are half lined to the knee.

Suit Sizes available: 34 Short, 36 Short, 38 Short, 40 Short, 42 Short, 44 Short, 46 Short, 36 Regular, 38 Regular, 40 Regular, 42 Regular, 44 Regular, 46 Regular, 48 Regular. *Plus 10 for European sizing.

Trouser Waist Sizes: Trousers that come with Suits are Standard depending on the Length of Suit. Sizes are a drop five waist: for example: As an approx guide, a size 38 Suit Jacket, will come with a 33 waist Trousers.
*Waist Sizes are in ODD NUMBERS: 29, 31, 33. 35, 37, 39

*Please note: Trousers Waist Sizes for Suits with the following Jacket Size ONLY are: 42 Short has a 37R trousers and a 48 Regular has a 42L trouser. These are a drop five waist.

Trouser Leg Length Sizes: Standard Trouser lengths on all suits, On SHORT SUITS - Trousers are 32'' and on REGULAR SUITS 34''
