This is designed to act as a prompt for Customers that have overlooked their correct postal option and not an unfair additional cost. Please make sure that you take full responsibility for the accuracy of each order. Adam of London ideally is able to dispatch ordered items within 48 hrs of receipt of correctly completed order. The cost of delivery is based on product/weight. UK orders are either sent first class Royal mail or by 48 hr Parcel force service depending on what is most cost effective. You can see how much the postage is by viewing your basket at any time. Adam Of London Returns Shop Policy – We hope you will be happy with your Adam of London purchase and if you follow our price, size and colour checks closely, then we feel that there will seldom be the case for a return. HOWEVER, IF THERE IS AN ACCEPTABLE reason we are happy to exchange or refund the original purchase price but all postal return costs cannot be covered. We are fair-minded AND OFFER A WARM FRIENDLY SERVICE, but will not accept unfair demands in this area. All returns must be in ‘shop state’ condition and we would also advise that you obtain ‘proof of delivery’ – available free from any Post office when returning any item. Then we are happy to return the full purchase amount. We offer discretion on a one to one basis for our network members, account customers and regular visitors. If you are purchasing a gift for someone, please make sure you follow our pre-sales advice as closely as possible.
